Physics has been at Murdoch ever since Murdoch began. However physics has undergone some exciting changes recently.

  • There has been a major renovation of all undergraduate physics teaching laboratories.
  • Five new physics academics have joined the School of Engineering and IT.
  • There has been a diversification of the research profile within physics to include biophysics, soft condensed matter, opto-electronics and photonics, and computational physics.
